Nestled in the gently rolling hills of western Massachusetts, the Berkshire Fishing Club is open from May through October, playing host to 200 club members and their guests. Comprising 850 beautifully wooded acres surrounding a sparkling, private fishing lake, the club offers a wide range of outdoor recreational activities, including fishing, hiking, canoeing, and sometimes doing nothing at all. Members enjoy:

  • Full access to 125-acre Palmer Brook Lake, featuring excellent largemouth bass and chain pickerel fishing

  • Fully-equipped two and three person fiberglass bass boats with gas and electric trolling motors (gear rental also available)

  • Well-marked hiking trails

  • Rustic log cabin clubhouse with large screened deck overlooking the lake
