Pittsfield Beautiful - Gardens - Shop, stroll, attend concerts, visit museums and dine amid lavish floral displays. Ten thousand flowers spilling over the sides of planters and window boxes offer visual pleasure at every turn.

Pittsfield State Forest - During the summer, interpretive programs include guided hikes, natural and cultural history walks, slide shows, and exhibits. Fishing and nonmotorizing boating are available at Berry Pond.

Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary - in Lenox encompasses 1,500 acres of forest, brooks, beaver ponds, meadows, and slopes of beautiful Lenox Mountain. The sanctuary’s vast landscape also features a hemlock gorge, a limestone cobble, a hummingbird garden, seven miles of scenic trails, and May-to-October trailside museum.

Points North - Adams - Fly Fishing - The Deerfield River, one of the finest trout rivers in New England, comes alive for you with the company of our expert guides. In picturesque surroundings, the broad expanse of this Western style river offers brook, brown and rainbow trout ranging in size from eight to greater than 24 inches. Experienced fly fishers will enjoy the challenge of the catch and release sections of the Deerfield. Anglers may book four-hour guided wading trips through Points North year-round.
