THE SOLUTION
The solution, of course, is to prevent the Great Crime before it ever happens... to make certain that the Lenox Library never vanishes and, indeed, that it is able to provide even more of its vital services to our area: the latest new books, the best in great music, the newest CD-ROMs and the facilities and hours in which to make them all available.
INNOCENCE BY ASSOCIATION
If all of us--year 'round residents, summer residents, weekenders and businesses--become Associates of the Lenox Library, we'll all be part of the solution, instead of the problem.
The idea of "The Associates" is based on an honored tradition: giving voluntarily, so that for everyone the Library may remain free. And the Library will remain free; you can count on that. Just as we count on you, as an Associate, to keep it free and flourishing, rather that free and fading.
Because, as Achille Pierrot might say: "Mes amis, that would be a crime."
