Cain, Hibbard, Myers & Cook, P.C., which has a lineage
extending back to the mid-1800's, is the largest and most
diversified law firm in the Berkshire County area.
Although based in Pittsfield and Great Barrington, the
practice covers all of Berkshire County and reaches into
the neighboring areas of southern Vermont, eastern New

Cain, Hibbard, Myers & Cook has its principal office at 66
West Street in Pittsfield and in April 1994, opened an
additional office located at 309 Main Street, Great
Barrington. The two office locations share
telecommunications, data processing and computerized
research and document retrieval systems. The Great
Barrington office is staffed on a full time basis by a
resident partner and senior associates. All of the firm's
attorneys, however, are available for consultation with
clients at either the Pittsfield or Great Barrington sites
