park facility, opened in
November 1997. The result of a project by the Lee Community Development
Corp. The Lee CDC is a

venture capital firms, community and economic development agencies to provide the means for
businesses to easily locate
financing alternatives and help structure individual development of
lots. In addition, Quarry Hill is a
designated “Economic Opportunity Area” making a wide variety of tax
incentives and other state
programs potentially available to lot purchasers. Located
conveniently two miles away from
both the Mass Turnpike (I-90) and the state-spanning major north-south
Route 7. A complete modern infrastructure to suit emerging or established businesses.
