Corp. The Lee CDC is a
non-profit economic development organization, funded through
a variety of local, state and federal grant programs, and by private donations. It utilizes the synergy afforded by a group of state and

venture capital firms, community and economic development agencies to provide the means for

financing alternatives and help structure individual development of
lots. In addition, Quarry Hill is a
designated “Economic Opportunity Area” making a wide variety of tax
incentives and other state
programs potentially available to lot purchasers. Located
