ince 1891, The Trustees of Reservations has been preserving the cultural and scenic treasures of Massachusetts. Of their 73 properties, sixteen are in Western Massachusetts and help bring New England’s rich history to life. The properties, open and unspoiled, offer maintained trails, superb views, and quiet picnic spots, a welcome respite in a busy world. Ten of the properties lie within Berkshire County, including Field Farm, Williamstown; Notchview Reservation, Windsor; Monument Mountain Reservation, Great Barrington; Tyringham Cobble, Tyringham; McLennan Reservation, Tyringham.
