Berkshire Lyric Theatre
The Theatre's mission is to foster and cultivate interest in the musical stage and choral music; to provide training, practice and performance opportunities for the development of talent; to encourage composers of contemporary opera and the performance thereof; to establish scholarships for deserving students of vocal music; to instill in the general public an appreciation of opera, the musical stage, and choral music.

This is the oldest community music organization in the
Berkshires, has performed musicals such as Carousel,
and Brigadoon, and major choral works such as
Mozart's Mass in C Minor, the Brahms' Requiem and
the Bach Mass in B Minor
